Join us for a coffee, cake and crafting session at our cosy local coffee shop! This is a wonderful opportunity to engage in a therapeutic craft, connect with others, and support two fantastic local businesses.

What to Expect:

• Warm Welcome: Step into a comfortable and inviting place, where you’ll feel right at home in a bright and airy space by the sea.
• Therapeutic Craft: Soothe your mind and spark your creativity with a monthly themed take home craft, using quality materials that have been tastefully handpicked.
• Mindful Practice: be guided with a few simple take home practices, to support your self-care routine and boost your well-being this season.
• Clover The Therapy Puppy will be in attendance at these particular Group Sessions, you’re not obliged to pet her, but she will be there for cuddles and company.
