🌷 A Nurturing Mother’s Day Experience
Mother’s Reset is a deeply nourishing evening designed to honour mothers, mother figures, and anyone who gives care to others — including themselves.
Held in the intimate setting of Reset Wellbeing, this 3-hour workshop offers a slow, spacious experience of warmth, rest and gentle ritual. There is no rushing, no pressure and no expectation — simply an invitation to soften, rest and receive.
With a small group of no more than eight participants, this workshop allows for a personal, supportive and calming experience.
✨ What to Expect
Over the course of the evening, you’ll be gently guided through:
🔥 Sauna & Optional Cold Refresh
A nurturing introduction to the sauna, supporting relaxation, circulation and nervous system regulation. A gentle cold refresh (ice bath or cool shower) is available and entirely optional, with encouragement to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
☕ Nourishment & Integration
Enjoy comforting drinks and sweet treats while your body integrates the heat and any cold exposure. This is a relaxed space for quiet connection or peaceful reflection.
🎶 Sound Bath & Restorative Meditation
Sink into deep rest with a guided meditation followed by a soothing sound bath, designed to calm the mind, ease emotional load and support deep nervous system relaxation.
🌿 Create a Calming Essential Oil Blend
The evening closes with a gentle sensory ritual. You’ll create your own calming essential oil inhaler blend to take home — a personalised self-care anchor to support rest and emotional balance beyond the workshop.

Sauna & Ice Bath – Important Health Information
Sauna and cold water immersion (including ice baths and contrast therapy) are powerful wellbeing practices. Your safety is our priority, and it is important that you read the following information carefully before booking.
You should not take part in sauna or ice bath experiences if you:
Have uncontrolled high blood pressure
Have a heart condition, including unstable angina or recent heart attack
Have had a stroke or TIA without medical clearance
Have cold urticaria (allergic reaction to cold)
Have moderate to severe Raynaud’s disease
Have peripheral vascular disease
Have severe respiratory conditions that may be triggered by cold exposure
Have epilepsy or seizure disorders triggered by temperature changes
Have severe kidney disease
Are pregnant
Have an active infection, fever, or acute illness
Have open wounds, skin infections, or unhealed surgical sites
Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
Please seek medical advice before booking if you:
Have managed or medicated high blood pressure
Have a history of fainting or dizziness
Have diabetes, particularly with reduced sensation
Have thyroid conditions affecting temperature regulation
Have autoimmune or inflammatory conditions
Are recovering from recent illness, injury, or surgery
Experience anxiety, panic attacks, or nervous system sensitivity
Are in recovery from an eating disorder
Have concerns about how your body responds to heat or cold

You are encouraged to listen to your body and stop at any time.
