Accessibility and parking

Switching formats
Switch to online sometimes possible same day; more reliable if requested the day before. This might be helpful if you have a cough or cold but still want to attend your appointment. You might also prefer a Walk & Talk session, which can be done on the day.
Platform and tech
A link will be sent to the email address that you used to make your booking, for secure video (Google Meet); 10–15 minutes before your session. Please give 10-15 minutes grace in case of connection issues.
Duration and approach
50–60 minutes combining talk therapy, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and somatic tools.
Preparation
Wear comfortable clothing and complete the pre-session form at checkout, with as much information as you’d like to share to help Ruth plan your session.
Notice required
72 hours to cancel or reschedule without charge; late cancellations will incur fees. Late reschedule may incur charge.
Refunds
