Do I need to know what type of session I want?
No. If you’re unsure, that’s completely okay.
You can choose a general 1:1 session and decide on the focus together during your appointment.

Are sessions available online?
Yes. Sessions are available online or in person.
If you’d like your session online, please note this in the comment box when booking. A secure video link will be sent to your email before your session.

How long is each session?
Each 1:1 session lasts 50–60 minutes.
Sessions are gently paced and tailored to your needs, combining conversation with nervous system regulation and somatic practices where appropriate.

What happens in a session?
Every session is different, but may include:
Nervous system regulation
Somatic or body-based therapy
Breathwork or grounding practices
Emotional processing and integration
Sound therapy or guided meditation
