Card, bank transfer, and Klarna payment plans; full payment required ahead of all Reset Wellbeing bookings

Accessibility and parking
Free parking opposite the studio and in the adjacent streets for 2 hours and step-free, wheelchair access; please note accessibility needs at booking.


Online Sessions and Changes

If you’d like your session online, please note this in the comment box on booking

Switching formats
Switch to online sometimes possible same day; more reliable if requested the day before. This might be helpful if you have a cough or cold but still want to attend your appointment. You might also prefer a Walk & Talk session, which can be done on the day. 

Platform and tech
A link will be sent to the email address that you used to make your booking, for secure video (Google Meet); 10–15 minutes before your session. Please give 10-15 minutes grace in case of connection issues. 


Session Length and What to Expect

Duration and approach
50–60 minutes combining talk therapy, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and somatic tools.

Preparation
Wear comfortable clothing and complete the pre-session form at checkout, with as much information as you’d like to share to help Ruth plan your session. 


Cancellations and Refunds

Notice required
72 hours to cancel or reschedule without charge; late cancellations will incur fees. Late reschedule may incur charge. 

Refunds
Handled case-by-case; block bookings are non-refundable. Admin fees are incurred depending on notice. Full Terms and Conditions can be found at the bottom of this website.
