The people I work with are looking for science backed ways to compassionately care for their mental and emotional health. They’re looking to become both equipped and empowered to practice a range of techniques that will create genuine lasting change and leave feeling happier, listened to and ready to take positive steps forward!
Perhaps they’re navigating grief and loss, anxiety or overwhelm and would like to try alternative approaches that will combat the physical, mental and emotional obstacles that surround life’s challenges. Or perhaps, they’re looking to build on their approach to being their best self.
I specialise in holistic approaches that work proactively towards nervous system health, and are grounded in scientific advances in neurobiology, stress, trauma and sensitivity. Having trained extensively in this field and transformed my own well-being in the same ways, I understand the steps it takes and appreciate how much more impactful having a blend of therapies at hand, rather than replying on one, can be. These steps have since supported hundreds of my clients to identify and address self-sabotaging behaviours, unhelpful thoughts and feelings. We create profound nervous system shifts that can feel freeing and boundless and support healthier relationships with ourselves and others.
By uniquely blending mindset mastery and nervous system health, we proactively work towards a calmer, stable and balanced way of life.
Therapies include functional and therapeutic breathwork, Holistic Counselling, Holistic Art and Creative Therapy, Inner Child Work, Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work, Gabor Mate Compassionate Inquiry, EFT Tapping, cold water therapy, somatic embodiment practices and sound therapy.
