A cosy Valentine’s evening of heat, cold, chai, sound and self-care at Reset Wellbeing
Celebrate Valentine’s in a different way this year — with warmth, connection, and deep nourishment with you mum, sister or girlfriends.
Galentine’s Reset is a cosy, heart-centred evening designed especially for women, blending contrast therapy, rest, ritual and creativity in the intimate Reset Wellbeing studio. This is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself and others in a supportive, unhurried space.
With just eight spaces available, this workshop offers a deeply personal experience where you can truly relax and be held.

What to Expect
Over 3 hours, you’ll be gently guided through:

Sauna & Ice Bath Experience
A nurturing introduction to contrast therapy, supporting nervous system regulation, circulation and empowerment. The ice bath is always optional, with encouragement to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

Chai & Cake Integration
After heat and cold, we pause. Enjoy warming chai and homemade-style cake while your body settles and you connect with the group in a relaxed, cosy atmosphere.

Sound Bath & Meditation
Sink into deep rest with a guided meditation followed by a soothing sound bath, designed to calm the mind, soften the body and support emotional balance.

Create Your Own Self-Love Essential Oil Blend
End the evening with a creative ritual, blending essential oils chosen for self-love, compassion and grounding. You’ll leave with your own personalised self-love blend to take home and continue the practice beyond the workshop.

Sauna & Ice Bath – Important Health Information
Sauna and cold water immersion (including ice baths and contrast therapy) are powerful wellbeing practices. Your safety is our priority, and it is important that you read the following information carefully before booking.
You should not take part in sauna or ice bath experiences if you:
Have uncontrolled high blood pressure
Have a heart condition, including unstable angina or recent heart attack
Have had a stroke or TIA without medical clearance
Have cold urticaria (allergic reaction to cold)
Have moderate to severe Raynaud’s disease
Have peripheral vascular disease
Have severe respiratory conditions that may be triggered by cold exposure
Have epilepsy or seizure disorders triggered by temperature changes
Have severe kidney disease
Are pregnant
Have an active infection, fever, or acute illness
Have open wounds, skin infections, or unhealed surgical sites
Are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
Please seek medical advice before booking if you:
Have managed or medicated high blood pressure
Have a history of fainting or dizziness
Have diabetes, particularly with reduced sensation
Have thyroid conditions affecting temperature regulation
Have autoimmune or inflammatory conditions
Are recovering from recent illness, injury, or surgery
Experience anxiety, panic attacks, or nervous system sensitivity
Are in recovery from an eating disorder
Have concerns about how your body responds to heat or cold
