Held at Reset Wellbeing 12 Park Crescent, Barry CF62 6HD
Welcome to Clover Club â each season, we’ll share a date for children to slow down, switch off from the busyness of everyday life and spend quality time with Clover.
Clover is an 18-month-old Show Type Cocker Spaniel with the happiest wagging tail you’ll ever meet.
She loves people, enjoys learning new tricks and is wonderfully playful, making her the perfect companion for children.
Show Type Cocker Spaniels are also known for their beautifully soft, silky coats, and one of Clover’s favourite things is relaxing while children gently stroke or brush her.
Every interaction is led at Clover’s pace, ensuring she remains happy, relaxed and enjoying herself too. Clover is a fully trained Therapy Dog, who practiced from 8 weeks old, until May 2026 to gain her qualification with Therapy Dog UK.
Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes and is limited to just four children, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere where everyone has time to enjoy Clover. If you’d prefer one-to one time, please contact Ruth directly on 07527839899.
During your visit, children will:
ðū Spend quality time with Clover
ðŠŪ Gently brush her beautifully soft fur
ðĶī Teach Clover a few of her favourite tricks before rewarding her with tasty treats
ð Enjoy gentle cuddles and quiet moments together
ðŋ Take part in simple sensory and mindful activities inspired by the season
ðĻ Complete a Clover-themed colouring activity while Clover has a little rest
ðļ Finish with a special photo opportunity together, using your own phone or camera
There is no pressure to perform or get things “right”. Clover Club is simply a chance to slow down, smile, laugh and enjoy being present.
Children often find something wonderfully calming about spending time with a therapy dog.
Our hope is that each child leaves Clover Club feeling a little lighter, a little more confident and with a heart full of happy memories.
Along the way they’ll naturally practise patience, kindness, gentle communication and respect, while enjoying the simple pleasure of spending time with a very special dog.
Every child will receive their own Clover Club keepsakes to remember their visit, including:
ðķ A cocker spaniel sticker
ð A personalised Clover Club certificate
ðĻ A Clover colouring sheet and mini colouring pencils
ðū A paw-shaped sensory squishy
ðą A packet of seeds to grow at home
We can’t wait to welcome you to Clover Club this summer. ðūð
