Step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through nature, movement, breath and sound.
Forest Frequencies is a calming outdoor summer experience designed to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation and deeper connection through guided therapeutic practices in nature.
Held amongst the trees and followed by optional indoor studio space if weather requires, this intimate experience blends forest bathing, ceremonial cacao, pranayama breathwork, meditation and somatic dance through immersive silent disco headphones.
This is not a fitness class or high-energy wellness event.
Forest Frequencies has been carefully created for those seeking a slower, more grounded and meaningful experience that supports rest, self-expression and reconnection with the body.
By the end of the experience, many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, more emotionally present and deeply reconnected to themselves and nature.
Led by Integrative Therapist and multi award-winning practitioner Ruth John, this unique summer reset combines nervous system-informed practices with sensory experiences designed to gently support both mind and body.
