Join Ruth John and Kara Bennett for our next Full Moon Siren Circle session 7pm – 9pm every Full Moon evening, at The Reset Well-being Hub.
There will be no more than 12 attending, a purposely small ceremony to create a peaceful container for sharing and holistic healing. Ruth brings her science backed modalities and Kara brings ritual and ceremony to create a truly unique experience that will leave you feeling inspired and uplifted.
You can expect quiet meditation and soothing breathwork, grounding sound therapy with themed Luna meditation, and Luna journal prompts written by Ruth, qualified Integrative Therapeutic Practitioner. Please bring your journals and a pen in readiness. You will be welcomed with a sacred tea ceremony, for calming the mind and promoting spiritual peace.
We will be learning about the crystal for the month and taking part in group crystal healing with Kara, Crystal Healing Practitioner.
You’ll also enjoy creating a meaningful well-being gift to take home.
If you would like to add something to the altar, like a flower, candle, crystal please bring that along too.
This event is curated and held by two trained and accredited practitioners, who are dedicated to working responsibly and ethically.
Held at The Reset Wellbeing Hub, 120 Holton Road Barry. Parking available behind Barry Library, or within Court Road Multistorey Car Park. Please bring an open heart and mind, a non-judgmental and compassionate spirit and please don’t forget your journal and pen! Everything else will be lovingly prepared.

Due to the nature of this event, there will be no refunds or transfers given.
The Reset Well-being Hub is located next door to The Card Factory, inside and upstairs of the shop called Chocolate Orange Interiors. You will be let into the main entrance and shown upstairs, please bear in mind that the door will lock and be left unattended at the start time of the session, for the session to start promptly. There will be no way of contacting Ruth, or Kara after the start time of the session, so please arrive ten minutes before the session. If you are late, you will not be able to access the session and it will be fully charged as per the terms and conditions of all bookings.
Description
Ruth has 20 years experience within event management, setting up community beneficiary initiatives and projects, business growth and social marketing. Having supported others to build their own businesses, groups and projects. With a deep understanding of working safely and ethically, creation of policies and procedures, development of vision, mission and values, key messages, website and newsletter content, case studies and business strategy, planning and pipeline. Ruth offers authentic, heart led leadership.
A course of 8, 90 minute sessions including a tailored workbook full of relevant information, guidance and resources.
