The Candlelit Christmas Sound Bath
One of our favourite Reset traditions returns this December.
Step away from the busyness of Christmas and into a studio illuminated by candlelight, a beautiful Christmas tree and natural pine and fir garlands.
We’ll begin with a warming apple and cinnamon drink, mince pies and Yule log, before gathering around our Christmas altar.
You’ll be invited to light a candle and make a Christmas wish, as well as adding your own wish to the Reset Christmas tree.
Christmas Hand Ritual
Before the sound bath, we’ll slow everything down with our signature sensory hand ritual.
A hot, steamy flannel cleanses and warms the hands before you’ll self-massage a beautiful Christmas essential oil blend into your skin, helping you drop into your senses and prepare for rest.
Candlelit Sound Bath
Then simply get comfortable beneath your blanket.
You’ll be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and therapeutic instruments as you rest within the candlelit studio.
A little pocket of calm in the middle of December.
