January Reset – Merthyr. In memory of Ceirion Galliers, raising funds for 2Wish 

The perfect stocking filler and self-care gift for January 2025, whilst raising funds for a wonderful cause.

Enjoy a two hour rest and relaxation experience, lying down to receive Sound Therapy and guided meditation, to drop into a rest state, perfect for supporting better sleep, relieving tension and stress, improving cognitive function and lowering inflammation. Learn and practice basic tapping techniques to support mental and emotional health.

The hall will be warm, but please wear comfortable clothing and warm socks! You’ll need to bring a yoga mat, or something to lye on, cushions and blankets for comfort.

This event is open to all over the age of 16, but is unsuitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, significant mental health challenges, sound sensitive epilepsy, metal plates inside the body, pacemaker, vertigo.

Where: Dowlais Community Centre, Merthyr

When: Saturday 11th January 2025

Time: 1.30pm – 3.30pm (please do not come into the hall until the start time, as we’ll be setting up)
