This women’s only day retreat has been lovingly designed to help you reset your nervous system, recharge your energy, and reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself.

Held at the beautiful and exclusive Mackenzie Hall, surrounded by nature, this immersive retreat includes:

✨ Parts Work Workshop  – exploring how we may have adapted parts of us, to feel safer, less visible or good enough, and learning methods to accept and work with these parts of us, rather than hide them, dismiss them or push them away. This workshop will help you understand yourself in a new way and draws on Ruth’s experience working with clients in a therapeutic setting.

      Cacao Ceremony & Somatic Dance – open your heart, release stored tension and reconnect with joy.
✨ Conscious Connected Breathwork – shift stagnant emotion and activate clarity.
✨ Crystal Chakra Sound Bath – relax into vibrational healing and deep rest, with a take home crystal
✨ Poetry Workshop – explore your voice, expression and intuition through sharing a quote or poem that you love
✨ Essential Oil Inhaler Workshop – craft your own personalised aromatic blend to take home.
✨ Nourishing Lunch Included – enjoy wholesome food to support your body and energy.

Your Investment

All of this is offered at £150 (full rate) — inclusive of lunch made by outside caterers, all materials, a take home gift and every workshop.
That’s just £30 per hour for a transformational, high-quality retreat experience, with a multi award winning teacher and practitioner.

This retreat will not be part of any discount sales, in honour of Ruth’s commitment to intimate, high-value, deeply supported women’s spaces.
