Fully catered overnight retreat, with a firm focus on rest and wintering. Access to a large hot tub and weather permitting, an outside pool, for optional cold water therapy.

You can expect modalities such as: Breathwork, Holistic Art and Creative Therapy, Sound Therapy, Mindset Coaching, Somatic Movements and practices, Meditation, Mindfulness and Cacao Ceremony. Visiting a local wild dipping spot in nature for some cold water therapy, weather depending.

Digital joining pack, retreat gifting and follow up integration included. Attention to detail and a warm, welcoming space to just BE.

Ruth has an enhanced DBS check and is First Aid Trained. Previous guests have given Reset Well-being Retreats 5* feedback, as a unique opportunity to reset, rejuvenate and refocus. A carefully curated schedule of nature, fun and self-development.

Ruth is joined by vetted and highly skilled practitioners, who will provide you with reflexology to support further rest and relaxation during your stay.

Accommodation is two people to a room, with a maximum of 8 guests in attendance. The cottage is 5* group accommodation, situated within the rolling countryside of North Pembrokeshire, and a stones throw from the enchanting coastline of Aberporth and Poppet Sands. You’ll be nestled in to a fully equipped space, with access to kitchens, bathrooms and laundry facilities, inclusive.

We will be sharing mat based therapies such as sound therapy, breathwork, stretching, shaking and unwinding within the local village hall, whilst utilising the cottages and grounds for self development and creative workshops.

For the incredible value of £600 per person, you’ll be well cared for and leave feeling truly nourished and ready for the Winter period, with a new found slowness.
