30 minute complementary therapy treatment with highly skilled practitioners, Kath or Bethan (massage, reflexology). 

There will only be 12 guests on this retreat, to ensure there is enough physical space to explore and create. Ruth has 18 years experience in event management – you will be well looked after, with attention to detail, as well as award winning – trauma informed therapies.
