  A 12-week, trauma-informed 1:1 programme combining somatic therapy, compassionate inquiry, holistic counselling, breathwork, emotional regulation, and coaching with a digital resource pack.
• Who leads the programme?
  Ruth John, a multi award-winning practitioner qualified in Holistic Counselling, Somatic Reprocessing, Breathwork, EFT, and Sound Therapy.
• Who is this for?
  Adults feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, bereaved, burnt out, or wanting to address trauma and rebuild nervous system regulation and emotional alignment.

  A personalised nervous system map, measurable shifts in regulation, a toolkit of practices, clearer sense of identity, reduced overwhelm, and greater emotional resilience.
• How are sessions structured?
  Weekly tailored 1:1 sessions using multiple modalities, supported by a 75-page trauma workbook, 10 recorded tracks, and 15 somatic practice videos.
• How is progress measured?
  Progress is tracked via an initial and final personalised nervous system assessment and continuous session reviews.

• How long is each weekly session?
  Sessions follow the standard one-on-one length of one therapeutic hour; scheduling details will have already been shared with you at this stage
• Where are in-person sessions held?
  Reset Wellbeing, 12 Park Crescent, Barry, CF62 6HD. Online sessions use Google Meet.

Booking payments

• What payment options are available?
  Payable in full or in instalments through this website link using Klarna, or via privately arranged instalments that must be paid in advance of sessions.

Cancellation and refunds

• Is the deposit refundable?
  The £250 deposit is non-refundable and secures your time and resource pack.
• What is the cancellation policy for the programme?
  The 12 Week Reset Wellbeing Programme in non-refundable. You can reschedule 72 hours or more before any scheduled appointment for no additional charge; cancellations 24–72 hours before an appointment incur a 50% session fee which will be billed to you; cancellations less than 24 hours before or no-shows incur 100% of the session fee and be classed as a missed appointment.
• What about refunds for prepaid instalments or packages?
  Prepaid packages are non refundable.

Accessing resources and tech (if online appointments are needed)

• When do I receive the digital materials?
  The Reset Resource Pack is provided after your first appointment, so that it can be briefly discussed. Tracks and Videos are made available over the duration of the programme.
• Which platforms are used for online sessions and recordings?
  Online sessions are held on Google Meet and recorded tracks are downloadable for personal use.
• What if I have technical problems?
  Allow a short reconnection window at the session start; if issues persist the session will be rescheduled or completed by phone where appropriate.
