Limited to 4 people per session for a calming experience, you’ll enjoy our outdoor garden sauna, two filtered professional ice baths, and an outdoor shower, all for £20 per person.

- Please bring a towel to sit on and a towel to dry with
- Please bring flip flops/crocs for walking between the sauna, shower and ice baths
- All belongings remain your responsibility and Reset Wellbeing are not liable for any items lost or damaged
- Sessions are non‑refundable and non‑transferable for any reason.
- We are unable to welcome guests with artificial tan.
- By booking, you confirm you are fit and well, understand common contraindications (including cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, epilepsy, recent surgery, and conditions affected by extreme heat or cold), and accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.
- Booking confirms your agreement to our terms and conditions.
- You will be asked to sign a waiver form when you arrive.
