Join award-winning coaches Ruth and Jess for an extraordinary day of transformation, combining cutting-edge wellbeing practices with accessible fitness coaching. Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of CrossFit Michaelston-Y-Fedw Cefyn Mably, this carefully curated retreat offers you space to reconnect, recharge, and reimagine your approach to wellness.

We’ve decided to collaborate because we both understand the courage and at times, vulnerability it takes, to put yourself into a gym or therapeutic setting. This one has been made with a difference – we’re here to support and cheerlead you every step of the way! It’s a gorgeous blend of fun, slowness and reconnecting to your beautiful body, whatever it’s size or ability.

Your Guides for the Journey:

Ruth, an Integrative Therapeutic Practitioner, will lead you through:

  • Invigorating ice bath and breathwork experiences
  • A deeply restorative suggestive language meditation, followed by a sound bath with gongs and crystal bowls
  • Expert insights into your nervous system and wellbeing
  • Practical tools for recognising and managing stress responses
  • Somatic techniques for finding calm and balance
  • A liberating somatic dance session

Jess brings her expertise to guide you through:

  • Foundational movement patterns using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight
  • Group training session, putting into practice your above learnings
  • Essential nutrition wisdom for nourishing your body
  • A gentle mobility and stretch session for lasting comfort
