What to expect:
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a circular breathing technique, set against a curated playlist that helps you to focus on just your breath and your body. By creating this continual motion, you enable your body to release tension and stress from the mind and body, whilst also learning (from Ruth), how to use the session experience to build nervous system capacity. Put simply, when practiced regularly, this can help you to navigate stress easier and get over it quicker. This is a beautifully profound experience that can help people navigating stress, in a different way to talking therapies.
Immerse yourself in the soothing resonance of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and Koshi chimes, designed to bring harmony to your mind and body. This Sound Bath is a deeply meditative experience where sound waves gently guide you into a state of profound relaxation, helping to release tension, restore balance, and enhance overall well-being.

Please ensure you bring your own mat, blanket and cushion – wear comfy clothes and if you have an eye mask, that helps you to drop into the experience fully.
