Your session is as unique as your friendship/partnership, so you can pick up to three components of Breathwork, Sound Therapy, Cold Water (in ice bath), Reiki, Crystal Healing, Meditation and Integrated Art and Creative Therapy. Come as you are, everything is provided.
A take home gift is included, as well as light refreshments.
If you would like to add more people on to the session, Ruth can facilitate up to 8 people at a cost of £120 per person
Parking is available within Court Road multistorey car park, or behind Barry library. If you pop inside Chocolate Orange Interiors, you’ll be shown upstairs into the hub.
