5* accommodation in the quaint Trenewydd Farm Cottages based in Cardigan West Wales. Equipped with a hot tub and outside pool, location close to the seaside town of Aberporth, where we will join together and rejuvenate.

Your retreat investment includes accommodation, beautifully catered meals, all facilitated workshops, a welcome pack and wellbeing gift bag.

The total cost will be £600, this will not go on sale or reduced further, as every step has been taken to ensure value for your investment.

30 minute complementary therapy treatment with highly skilled practitioner, Bethan Owen (massage, reflexology). 

30 minute Reiki treatment with Reiki Master Teacher, Ruth John.

There will only be 5 guests and 2 practitioners on this retreat, to ensure there is enough physical space to rest, explore and create. Ruth has 18 years experience in event management – you will be well looked after, with attention to detail, as well as award winning – trauma informed therapies.
