📚 Course Format & Post-Training Support

On the Day:
Reiki is experiential. Most of your in-person training will be spent practicing hands-on Reiki—both self-Reiki and partner work—to explore the energetic shifts and personal growth that Level 1 invites. Theory is delivered via a professional digital workbook, which you’ll access on your laptop or tablet during the session.

What to Bring:

• A laptop or iPad to access your Reiki Level 1 workbook
• An open heart and willingness to learn
• any extra snacks and drinks, over and above a light lunch that will be provided

After the Course:

• Begin a 21-day Reiki self-care journey at home
• Complete 3 learning modules with optional support from Ruth
• Receive your IPHM accredited Reiki Level 1 certificate digitally or in person during a student share session

• Access to a private student WhatsApp group
• Optional in-person Reiki upskill sessions
