Accredited IPHM Reiki Usui Shoden Level 1 course
Saturday 6th July, or Saturday 7th September 11am – 4pm. Post course requirements, certificate given 21 days after Reiki attunement, within a Reiki student share session
On the day: Professional and extensive workbook, certificate, refreshments provided. Please bring your own lunch.
21 days following the course: You will be attuned to Reiki on the day of the course. At home, you will practice a 21 day Reiki self-care journey, with support when needed from Ruth.
After support: You will have the opportunity to join a student what’s app group where you can receive ongoing support. You will also have the opportunity to attend a 2 hour, in person student share sessions that are open to all Reset Well-being Students. These are held at The Reset Well-being Hub once a month on a Monday evening at donation of at least £10. A confidential, professional and integral space to practice, share, learn and grow.

Reiki level 1 is the basic level of Reiki training that introduces you to the history, principles, and practice of Reiki. In Reiki level 1, you will learn how to feel your own energy and heal yourself with Reiki, as well as how to perform Reiki on others in a non-professional capacity. You will also receive an attunement that will activate your ability to channel Reiki energy. The topics covered in Reiki level 1 are:
- History and definition of Reiki
- The human energy field and the chakras
- The five Reiki principles
- How to prepare for a Reiki session
- How to perform self-Reiki and Reiki on others
- How to use Reiki in your daily life
Reiki level 1 is suitable for anyone who wants to develop their own self-healing and share Reiki with friends and family. It is also the first step towards becoming a Reiki practitioner or master.

Groups are purposely kept at no more that 6 students, so that plenty of time and energy can be put into each students progress.
PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR TRAINING COURSES BOOKED WITH RESET WITH RUTH. If you change your mind, or become ill and give notice within the expected timeframe as outlined in the terms and conditions, you are able to transfer your course fee to an alternative Reset Well-being session or event.
